Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been completed.

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping is offered at a flat rate of $18.95 CAD per order.

We offer free shipping on orders over $120 CAD (before tax and discounts).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information, where applicable.

Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
